A simple visit and an assessment report will answer those or more questions. There is no need of future commitments for this initial stage; it is a simple consultation approach.

Preliminary Design

Initial ideas in paper can introduce the client to a new way of conceibing a space, either for living, retail...or a restaurant. It is an important phase of a project and could be dealt independently of future work

 

It is the right moment to develop a budget, and to confirm pricing with general contractors. This phase may include preliminary documents to reach feasibility with local jurisdiction

Construction Documents and Permitting

Once budget has been established and confirmed and preliminary approvals with the city have been successful, it is the moment of final project documentation and approval.

 

Besides this task, usually the longest in the graphic part of project life, we offer support at bidding and selecting the general contractor, as well as moving forward with multiple contracts.

Construction Administration

We offer construction monitoring, approval of samples of materials, as well as change orders. This service will guarantee the construction integrity and to respect the design ideas.

 

It could be retained and performed on an hourly base, per visit, or different ways to satify the client needs.
