This 3 bedroooms, 2 baths single family home was needing an update with a limited budget.
We re-designed the entrance, creating a small reception room, and a guests closet. The living - kitchen area was opened and became functional. We added a new fireplace, re-organizex all kitchen applicances and locations.
The backyard was dressed up with new decks and a beautiful and fun tree-house for the little ones.
Clayton St Condo

This Victorian one bedroom condo was renovated, keeping the character of the unit, but not only changing colors and lighting fixtures, but also renovating the kitchen and adding fire places in the bedroom as well as in the living room.
4 Bedrooms Green House

This wonderful house is under design and it's a project for a client in Latin America. The house has 2 levels, with the living kitchen area in the ground floor and all the private rooms in the second.
It was designed under LEED parameters, having solar panels, intelligent control system, water efficiency systems like capturing rain water and many others.

These gorgeous houses were designed and built during the early 2000's in the Chicago area.
The project located in 634 Prairie, Wilmette was an historic Victorian home, destroyed by a fire, that had the interior enterely re-designed and the exterior re-built as originally was. It received a Landmark Designation by the city of Wilmette and the Best Restoration Project Award,
